“Dad, you always told us, ‘The lesser of two evils is still evil.  Jesus
would never tell us to embrace the lesser of two evils.  Jesus
never said it is about winning.  It is about obedience.  You
always told us we’re going to spend a lot longer time with
Jesus than anybody else; so we better get our priorities
in order…So there’s no way I’m voting for…’”

An egghead professor of an eclectic program in my college told me how to discover truth: “Don’t just read and listen to people that agree with you.  Read everything and listen to everybody.  That’s the only way to discover the truth.”

It’s like marriage counseling: “There are three sides to every story – her side, his side, and the truth.”

So I watch CNN, Fox, MSNBC, CBS, NBC, ABC, ESPN, and…

Of course, I keep a barf bag close.

I listen to liberal and conservative talk radio shows.

Just the other day, I was listening to a “progressive” station – as in we’re progressively distancing ourselves from anyone and anything of lasting moral values built upon Jesus, Holy Scripture, and common sense and prefer ethics established with two feet planted firmly in the air – with some old lib hack named Press who was interviewing a strategist for the DNC.

Surprisingly, the partisan provided the most clarifying assessment of why people will vote against Hillary or Donald.

He said, “For people voting against Hillary, the issue is honesty.  For people voting against Donald, the issue is temperament.”

            Apocalyptic!

As you may not have read in www.koppdisclosure.com, www.churchandworld.com, or the Belvidere Daily Republican back in June along with a radio broadcast of KD on www.bnnsradio.com, I decided I’d wait until I saw the VP choices and then vote for the VP.

I’m not voting for a criminal.

I’m not rolling the dice with the future of America.

I’m not voting for Hillary or Donald.

If I have to explain that to you, you’re ignorant, deceived, defiant, apathetic, or part of the conspiracy to destroy America.

Well, they’ve made their choices and I like the elephant more than the, uh, uh, uh,…donkey.

            Here’s why.

            I like manly men.

While I may be wrong and this may be like throwing gas on a raging fire, I think our country has become too feminized or, at least, uh, uh, uh,…unsure.

I still think God made us, uh, female and male.

            Equal value.

            Different functions.

My wife will always be a better woman, wife, and mother than I can ever be and I will always be a better man, husband, and father than she can ever be.

            Duh.

Getting back to the elephant and, uh, donkey, the elephant is a manly man of consistent character and confession.

The other, uh, guy is not.

For example, in a glowing example of what I’m trying to vet, the donkey says he is personally against abortion but politically for it.

In other words, he is double-minded.

That double-mindedness will carry over into too many of the challenges before America to convince me that he should be a heartbeat away from the big seat.

If I have to explain that to you…

@#$%

Well, I may change my mind before November 8.

            I don’t think so.

But if convinced by Jesus, Holy Scripture, and common sense, I will let you know.

If not, that’s it for me on this P cycle.

Back to looking up, standing up, speaking up, and acting up for Jesus!

Besides, I’m totally convinced beyond any doubt or any possibility of amendment that America needs Jesus a lot more than Hillary or Donald.

I see why you said, “Wait for it…wait for it!” I’m voting for the VP elephant in the room. BTW, did you hear Obama’s ridiculous statement last night about not voting for some “messiah figure who will take care of everything?” Geez, I thot that’s what a lot of people did in 2008 & 2012! “Obama gonna give me a phone!” And it may have been Tim Kaine last night who said something like, “Vote for someone who’s coming from a background of work, not wealth.” And I thot:
1. Vote for someone who’s focused on getting folks to work, not get welfare.
2. And Hillary & Bill aren’t coming from a position of WEALTH? Read CLINTON CASH!

Blessings, Dr. Bob!

Agree, mon ami!

BBPBHO is one of the best speakers ever! Like many pulpiteers prostituting themselves for pensions, perks, profits, and popularity, he says nothing eloquently.

Trump is a roll of the dice.

We don't really know what he thinks/believes.

Hillary is a criminal.

While the fix was/is in at the FBI and maybe even the electoral college, it's hard to see so many duped by a pathological liar, enabler of a sexual predator and destroyer of the victims' lives, self-aggrandazing capitalist who accepts money from the sworn enemies of America and Israel who support terrorists who butcher children and other non-combatants, enabler of the deaths of Americans in Libya and throughout the world, advocate for emasculating the Bill of Rights, butcher when it comes to the unborn, etc., etc., etc.

When I hear people say they are voting for her because she's a woman or because Donald is so rude, it makes me wonder if the rapture has come and we missed it!

Picking Pence restored my hope in our future.

I'm not saying Hillary is the anti-Christ.

Nah.

Just one of its prophets.

O.K., that's a bit strong; but, geez, you've gotta be pretty ignorant, deceived, defiant, or apathetic to jump on her slow train to...

I think that both Hillary and Donald need Jesus certainly as much as America does.

PS The guy who is against abortion but does not believe that it is right to limit it as much as the law will currently allow is a Jesuit. If a law is evil he apparently won't work to change it (ha ha just a question of which sacred cow is being (Al) gored.
