I'm not afraid of elephants in the room.
As my favorite street preacher in Rockford, Illinois likes to say, "You can't fix what you won't face."
So here goes.
There's no doubt about it.
Too many Americans hate President Obama because he isn't their color.
Many Americans voted against Hillary because she's a woman.
Too many Americans hate President Trump because he isn't their gender or color and has more money than Solomon.
Many Americans voted against him because he's sooooooo, uh, uh, uh,...
Really, I'm getting tired of their sycophants who break the first few of the big ten whenever they talk about 'em.
About the former, white people have a history of owning other colors; or as I said to a current southern Senator's former employer that just about got me fired so many years ago, "I know you're used to owning people down here...but..."
About the middler, guys have always been, well, uh, you know...
About the latter, as one female commentator that actually likes him said at his inauguration, "He's so muscular!"
Let's face it.
America's media, courts, classrooms, government, entertainment industry, churches (especially the mainliners), and...have become increasingly anti-white-masculine-men.
Simply, it's not cool to be a white guy in an influential-aka-powerful position.
Come to think of it, it's not cool to be a white guy...period; and I'm not just talking about Super Bowl commercials
That's a fact, Jack and, uh, Jill; and if you can't see it, you remind me of Curly who screamed, "I can't see!" Moe asked, "Why?" Curly answered, "Nyuk! Nyuk! I've got my eyes closed!"
I'm not complaining as a white guy with minimal influence; but only reporting as a pawn on the chessboard of ecclesiastical, political, and socioeconomic evolution.
I'm just saying how it is or how many like me see it with the confession that lots of white guys like me have brought it upon themselves; which is why most of 'em are too cowardly to face what they don't want to fix.
I don't know where it's all headed; but I know race and gender and pride and ignorance and deceit and defiance and dark conspiracies are really big in today's media, courts, classrooms, government, entertainment industry, churches, and...
If we don't face it, we may not be able to fix it in time to save the republic and, uh, her churches.
Blessings and Love!
