I'm not afraid of elephants in the room.
As my favorite street preacher in Rockford, Illinois likes to say, "You can't fix what you won't face."
So here goes.
There's no doubt about it.
Too many Americans hate President Obama because he isn't their color.
Many Americans voted against Hillary because she's a woman.
Too many Americans hate President Trump because he isn't their gender or color and has more money than Solomon.
Many Americans voted against him because he's sooooooo, uh, uh, uh,...
Really, I'm getting tired of their sycophants who break the first few of the big ten whenever they talk about 'em.
About the former, white people have a history of owning other colors; or as I said to a current southern Senator's former employer that just about got me fired so many years ago, "I know you're used to owning people down here...but..."
About the middler, guys have always been, well, uh, you know...
About the latter, as one female commentator that actually likes him said at his inauguration, "He's so muscular!"
Let's face it.
America's media, courts, classrooms, government, entertainment industry, churches (especially the mainliners), and...have become increasingly anti-white-masculine-men.
Simply, it's not cool to be a white guy in an influential-aka-powerful position.
Come to think of it, it's not cool to be a white guy...period; and I'm not just talking about Super Bowl commercials
That's a fact, Jack and, uh, Jill; and if you can't see it, you remind me of Curly who screamed, "I can't see!" Moe asked, "Why?" Curly answered, "Nyuk! Nyuk! I've got my eyes closed!"
I'm not complaining as a white guy with minimal influence; but only reporting as a pawn on the chessboard of ecclesiastical, political, and socioeconomic evolution.
I'm just saying how it is or how many like me see it with the confession that lots of white guys like me have brought it upon themselves; which is why most of 'em are too cowardly to face what they don't want to fix.
I don't know where it's all headed; but I know race and gender and pride and ignorance and deceit and defiance and dark conspiracies are really big in today's media, courts, classrooms, government, entertainment industry, churches, and...
If we don't face it, we may not be able to fix it in time to save the republic and, uh, her churches.
Blessings and Love!
Salt! Shine! Leavenate!
Look up! Stand up! Speak up! Act up for Jesus!
Trump is doing what he said he would do. Nobody knows how to take it.
He`s the only one that kept his word and is doing it. Now nobody likes it.
Give the President a chance. Why Riot and cause trouble. Oh that's right, we can brake in places and steal. God Bless America we need him more then ever now.
If I miss spoke sorry.
Good illustration of the Stooges: can’t see cause I’ve got my eyes closed! I know I’m sounding like an old conservative white guy these days, but it’s disgusting, overwhelming and disappointing to me how much the country has gone down the tubes “liberal” wise. When the country devolves into civil war, the debt takes us down, individuals have no money and few really follow the original intent of founding fathers re: constitution & Christian background, where will we be? Providentially, you and I will be gone and with Jesus, but my kids & grandkids will have to suffer the consequences.
Blessings, you OLD WHITE GUY!!!
Well, my brother, I've been thinking there are no more liberals or conservatives anymore.
We used to be able to trust liberals not to stand for anything of lasting consequence and conservatives for making Pharisees blush; or as my daddy likes to say, "Liberals have two feet planted firmly in the air; and when you look 'em in the eyes, you can't tell if they are having a vision of God or wet themselves. Conservatives hate to see anything happen for the first time."
Today, liberals have been replaced by progressives who are progressively moving America away from its spiritual roots and traditionalists who long for the way things never were or maybe were but are no more.
We need more...Christians...by the book; especially the red letters.
Blessings and Love!
Well said, faithful friend! Truly, the hypocrites on both sides of the aisle and in media, education, entertainment, courts, and even churches are so used to lying to each other and about each other that they don't know how to handle someone who is doing what he said he would do if elected. I, like you, am among the few, the remnant, who believe this may be America's Genesis 18 moment!
I know folks will be hesitant to forward or publish or even consider intellectually not to mention spiritually this edition because even too many "good guys" have been corrupted by ignorance, denial, deceit, defiance, apathy, or,...gulp...co-conspiracy.
I may be wrong, but until proven otherwise by Jesus, Holy Scripture, and common sense, I am convinced this is one fo the biggest elephants in the room and greatest challenges to the republic's survival.
Thank you for encouraging my faith as I pray and labor to encourage yours.
God bless you abundantly!
